Every mission runs on parameters. These are ours. They protect the dog, the handler, and the outcome.

Sessions

By appointment only — one hour, one handler, one dog.
Full payment at first session — commitment is part of the reset.
Non‑refundable, non‑transferable — the clock starts when you step in.
4‑week completion window unless extended by trainer.
Booking = agreement to these terms.

Cancellations & No‑Shows

Your Responsibility

24+ hours’ notice to reschedule — no penalty.
Less than 24 hours or no‑show = full charge.
If you’re late, the clock doesn’t stop.

Our Responsibility

If we’re late, you get your full hour.
If we miss entirely, you get a free make‑up session.

Refunds

Single sessions: no refunds, no transfers.
Four‑session package: early exit bills completed sessions at single‑session rate.

Safety & Responsibility

You own your safety and your dog’s safety — always.
Dogs and people are unpredictable; you retain all liability.
Dogs must be current on age‑appropriate vaccinations.
Full disclosure of medical and behavioral history is non‑negotiable — no breed masking, no omission.

Communication

Email is primary — we don’t answer calls mid‑training.
Weekly check‑ins are part of the process.
We expect to see you practicing and asking questions.
No mixing methods — results will suffer, and that’s on you.

First Session

Show up as you are — we need the real baseline.
We wait up to 15 minutes at our discretion.
Chronic lateness may shorten your sessions.
